PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

Positions perform non-routine technical work on telecommunications engineering projects, with responsibility for applying theory and principles of engineering toward projects by doing tasks such as compiling/computing a variety of data, analyzing data and preparing reports, and/or aiding in regard to schematics, designs, specifications, etc.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS   

Associates Degree or completion of a technical specialty program of eighteen months – three years duration in electrical engineering or closely related field and significant prior working experience in the telecommunications industry incorporating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the specific position.

TYPE OF EXAMINATION - Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
