PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

Position is responsible for personal computer hardware, software and all peripherals, including recommending for purchase, installation, usage, and escalated troubleshooting. Incumbent also monitors and tracks license agreements and creates procedural manuals, as well as performs routine maintenance and updates on software and hardware.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS     

Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a computer-related curriculum, especially computer engineering or information technology; or any equivalent combination of relevant training, education, certification and experience.

TYPE OF EXAMINATION

Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
