PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

The position involves managing GPS data and maintaining GPS equipment. The incumbent updates utility drawings in AutoCAD to reflect changes and edits GIS attribute information to assist editors in maintaining accurate data.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Twelve to eighteen months education and formal training beyond high school in the area of AutoCAD/ GPS/ GIS, prior work experience in same, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and general knowledge of utilities (electric, water, wastewater).

TYPE OF EXAMINATION - Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
