Description

                             **COMMUNICATION REGARDING TEST INFORMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL & TEXT**

PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

Positions in the class are responsible for assisting customers with communications service orders (Video, Internet, and Phone). Markets/sells communications services by discussing customer interests and needs, making sales presentations and explaining service bundles and pricing offerings; informs and advises customers of requirements. Responds to inquiries regarding equipment orders, billing matters, and trouble calls. Explains policies and procedures concerning communications services, costs and rates. Analyzes and answers questions about complex bills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from high school with substantial experience in communications customer service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

TYPE OF EXAMINATION - Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
