**COMMUNICATION REGARDING TEST INFORMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL**

PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

Position is responsible for generating all communications billing and performing billing-related activities including but not limited to: the accurate and thorough examination of communications bills and billing history and the weekly audits of each billing cycle. Provides upper level support to customer service representatives in response to customer questions, requests and/or complaints; initiates corrections and adjustments; assists customer support in presenting and explaining results to customers; and keeps complete records of work done. Work schedule is overnight: 10pm-7am.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of high school supplemented by college level coursework in accounting or business administration and considerable experience in customer services/billing for a telecommunications organization, including knowledge of carrier access billing.

TYPE OF EXAMINATION - Ratings of education and experience through a structured interview.
