**COMMUNICATION REGARDING TEST INFORMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL & TEXT**

PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK

Prepares designs, specifications, and bid packages for construction, maintenance, or renovation projects on LUS water treatment/distribution and/or wastewater treatment/collection systems.  Also evaluates need for expansion and improvement.  Administers contracts, prepares change orders, and oversees and inspects construction, maintenance, and repair projects.

SPECIAL NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, at least four years of service as an Engineer I and Engineer II, or the equivalent if in another jurisdiction, and registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana.  Non-residents must qualify for reciprocity by the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.

TYPE OF EXAMINATION - Rating of education and experience.
