PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
Organizes, oversees, and plans the daily activities of two mason crews that primarily reconstruct sidewalks and curbs.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of high school and considerable experience in the maintenance, repair, and minor construction of municipal facilities, including some lead worker experience at the level of Labor Foreman II; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a Class E driver’s license as issued by the state of Louisiana, prior to appointment.
EXAMINATION
Examination will be a written test.
